Transfers are only provided from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai city. (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina and other nearby locations).
The pick-up/drop-off timing on Sharing transfers can be modified as per the trip schedule by 30 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your location.
On specific days and weekends, some of the locations might remain close for visits. In such cases, we do not hold any responsibility and no compensations will be adjusted.
Avoid taking pictures of people without their permission, especially in more conservative areas.
Ensure that you dress modestly, covering shoulders and knees, when visiting religious sites and public spaces.

Best service, best experience. I can speak so highly of this company. They did a great job, they even took better photos than we could ever take. Honestly made me my trip way better than I expected. It is my first time in UAE Dubai and I was worried on what to do.
